Does an enquiry confirm a booking?
No. The idea is reviewed first. The studio may request more photos, measurements, references or a consultation before offering dates.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing depends on the artist, scale, placement, detail, design time, cover-up requirements and likely session structure. A useful estimate follows review of a complete enquiry.
Are deposits required?
Accepted projects normally require a deposit to secure dates. The amount, transfer rules and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
Can references be copied exactly?
References communicate direction, subject and mood. The final design should be original and planned for your body rather than copied line for line from another tattoo.
What should I do before the session?
Arrive rested, hydrated and well fed with healthy skin and clothing that gives access to the placement. Follow the specific preparation notes from your artist.
